For prepaid plans, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the original (non-discounted) rate of the services used. The unused portion will be refunded accordingly.
For select services, WebMisters offers a 100% money-back guarantee under specific conditions. Clients must request a refund within 60 days of project completion for eligibility.
Complete refunds are subject to case review. Clients are encouraged to submit a formal refund request for consideration.
Timely client feedback is critical for the progress of all projects. If no feedback is received within 30 days or by the project completion date, WebMisters reserves the right to finalize the project, and refunds may not be eligible.
WebMisters reserves the right to decline service to any individual or entity at our discretion.
WebMisters is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or penalties to client websites resulting from project changes or external factors.
WebMisters follows white-hat SEO practices in compliance with search engine guidelines. However, we are not liable for traffic or ranking fluctuations due to algorithm updates, penalties, or third-party changes.
Clients are advised not to make changes to their website’s design, META tags, or content without prior consultation. WebMisters will not be held responsible for any resulting performance issues.
WebMisters recommends providing user-level access for development projects and changing passwords after project completion. We are not liable for accidental data loss or website disruptions.
Clients must provide valid business documentation for Google My Business setup. Failure to provide required information may result in delays for which WebMisters will not be liable.
WebMisters provides 30 days of post-setup support for GMB profiles. After this period, a new agreement is required for additional support. Clients must independently complete Google verification steps, including video calls if necessary.
WebMisters uses legally licensed or streaming images for projects. Exclusive rights to specific images are available upon request and payment.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.
